Saunagus is a guided Nordic sauna ritual led by a trained Saunameister. Premium essential oil blends are poured over hot stones, and aromatic steam is waved through the space using towels and fans - set to music. 90 minutes. Three rounds. The kind of experience you feel for days. This isn’t sitting in a hot room. It’s a full sensory reset - heat, scent, sound, and stillness.
What to Expect

1. Arrive & Settle In
Walk through Urban Ground, grab a drink if you like, and make your way to the courtyard. Change, settle, and leave your phone behind.

2. Three Rounds of Heat & Cold
Move through cycles of sauna (or guided Saunagus) and cold plunge. Each round goes deeper. Your body resets, your mind goes quiet.

3. Rest by the Fire
Wrap up at the fire pit. Stay for food and drinks from the on-site trucks. Walk out feeling like a different person.
