My name is Amy, and I am the owner of Seasoul and Rivasoul sauna, which combines all of my passions—sauna, cold dipping, nature, and community!  

I discovered sauna many moons ago at my local leisure centre and it changed my life! I have met the most fascinating people while sweating it out! I believe community is the new therapy, which is why I started the amazing Mordiseadippers cold-water dipping group, receiving the Kingston Woman of the Year 2024 award for my volunteer efforts. 

Meeting sauna lovers from all around the world has led me to discover the incredibly diverse sauna practices that exist—both ancient and modern! I was especially inspired by the Nordic practices and the ancient wisdom they offer, and finding these beautiful natural locations was a big part of my dream being realised. 

I have personally seen the transformation and change in customers since their first visit and this continues to inspire me. 

I love to travel and visit saunas around the world and bring back what I have learned to share with our customers!
