Hi, I’m Amy, founder of Soul Sauna Group and self confessed sauna addict.

My sauna story started at my local leisure centre (chlorine smell and all), where I went looking for help with PMDD, which I’d battled since my teens. What I didn’t expect? A whole new community. Turns out the most fascinationg people are sitting right next to you, sweating it out!

So naturally I started the Mordi Sea Dippers, a cold water dipping community that landed me Kingston Woman of the Year 2024 (still a little bit chuffed).

These days Sauna is my life’s vocation. I travel the world chasing heat and new traditions and always dreamed of a sauna by the ocean, one by the river and one in an urban space. Soul Sauna Group is that dream come true.

As a proud ambassador of the Australian Sauna Association, I’m loving watching sauna culture grow here, the Aussie way. Mostly I love seeing people discover sauna as a ritual, not an amenity. It gets us out of our heads and back into our bodies.
