Join our saunagus sessions for a transformative 90-minute guided experience led by our gusmeister, featuring three sauna rounds, uplifting aromas, fanning, energizing music and cold plunges, along with light refreshments.

Share a sauna with other members of the public, assisted by a sauna guide. Light refreshments and bench towels are provided with each visit.

Every Fortnight 6:30pm
Embark on a 90 minute guided journey, sauna to sweat, ocean dips and permission to lose your ego and meet other like minded women. Expect all the elements that make our experience a memorable one, towel waving, treatments, ocean dips and connection to nature.
