1. Arrive & Switch Off
Drive out to Warburton, wind through the bush, and arrive at Oscar's on the Yarra. Leave your phone in the car. You won't need it.

2. Three Rounds of Heat & Cold
Move through three rounds of deep sauna heat and cold river plunges. Each round goes deeper. The river is the cold plunge - no pools, no tubs.

3. Rest by the Fire
Wrap up fireside in the bush. Stay for a drink at Oscar's. Drive home feeling like you left for a week.

Rivasoul sits on the grounds of Oscar's on the Yarra in Warburton - a century-old guesthouse on the banks of the Yarra River. Gum trees, campfire, river access, and nothing but bush in every direction. This is sauna the way it was meant to be done - outdoors, with the elements.

Built by Someone Who Lives This
Amy Salisbury started with cold water. She founded the Mordiseadippers - a cold-water dipping group on Mordialloc beach that grew into a community of hundreds. That led to sauna sessions on the sand, then a permanent home at Urban Ground in Mordialloc, and eventually Rivasoul in the Warburton bush.
She's not a franchise operator or a wellness entrepreneur with a business plan. She's someone who sat in a leisure centre sauna years ago, felt something shift, and couldn't stop chasing that feeling. She's travelled the world visiting saunas, studying Nordic bathing traditions, and bringing what she's learned back to Melbourne.
Soul Sauna exists because Amy believes the reset most people are looking for isn't at the bottom of a screen or the end of a to-do list. It's in heat, cold water, and sitting across from someone with nothing to do but be there.

Just yourself and a towel for after. We provide organic cotton seat towels and sauna hats for guided sessions. Wear whatever you're comfortable in - most people wear swimwear.
