Built by Someone Who Lives This
Amy Salisbury started in the ocean - founding the Mordiseadippers cold-water dipping group and running sauna sessions on Mordialloc beach. When it was time to build something permanent, she found the perfect home tucked behind Urban Ground distillery.
Soul Sauna isn't a franchise or a corporate wellness brand. It's one person's obsession with heat, cold, and real human connection - turned into a space where Melbourne can slow down. Kingston Woman of the Year 2024.

No. Everything is at your own pace. Most people surprise themselves, but there's zero pressure.

Just yourself and a towel for after. We provide organic cotton seat towels and sauna hats for guided sessions. Wear whatever you're comfortable in - most people wear swimwear.

Absolutely. Shared sessions and Saunagus are a mix of solo visitors and groups. The communal atmosphere is part of the experience.

Yes, free street parking is available on Lamana Road and surrounding streets.

All sessions are 90 minutes. You're welcome to stay and enjoy the fire pit, food trucks, and drinks at Urban Ground before or after.

Saunagus is a fully guided ritual led by a Saunameister with essential oils, towel work, and music. A shared session is self-guided - you and your group use the sauna and cold plunge at your own pace.
